Missouri licensed public adjuster

Property claim help
for the policyholder.

When property is damaged, careful inspection and organized documentation matter. Caleb McCarter helps Missouri policyholders prepare and present eligible fire and allied-lines claims.

Representation with a clear scope

A public adjuster works for the policyholder.

Missouri defines a public adjuster as a licensed person who engages in adjusting or settling claims arising from fire or allied-lines insurance. The first step is confirming that the loss and policy fall within Caleb's license authority.

No claim payment, coverage decision, settlement amount, or result is guaranteed. Public-adjuster services are not legal advice.

Public-adjuster services

Build a stronger,
better-organized claim file.

01

Loss inspection

Inspect the damaged property and document visible conditions, measurements, and affected areas.

02

Photo documentation

Create an organized visual record of the loss and supporting property details.

03

Scope and estimate

Prepare a detailed repair scope and estimate for the eligible covered loss.

04

Claim presentation

Organize claim documents and communicate with the insurer within the public-adjuster engagement.

Important service separation

Public adjusting and repair work stay separate.

Missouri law does not permit a public adjuster to solicit or enter into an agreement to repair or replace damaged property on a claim the public adjuster was engaged to adjust or settle. If Caleb McCarter is retained as the public adjuster on a loss, McCarter Homes will not contract for that property's covered repair or replacement work.
