Missouri law does not permit a public adjuster to solicit or enter into an agreement to repair or replace damaged property on a claim the public adjuster was engaged to adjust or settle. If Caleb McCarter is retained as the public adjuster on a loss, McCarter Homes will not contract for that property's covered repair or replacement work.
